COOL V'S RATED NEXT: WHO WORE THE BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME THIS YEAR?!

Who wore the best Halloween costume this year? Miley did a pretty good job of getting Lil Kim pastie VMA look, Naya Rivera made a pretty sexy Carmen San Diego (Big Sean's fiancee- the brotha is def winning), Ellen nailed Nicki Minaj dead on, Paris dressed up as Miley in this years VMAs & new upcoming artist Zendaya payed homage to Aaliyah by dressing up as the late great singer for Halloween. But I have to say Nicki Minaj had the sexiest Halloween costume. We'll just go with this pic above but the rest is WOWZERS.
